Terms & Conditions

  1. Custom Orders
    All items are custom made to order. Please check all details carefully when placing your order.

  2. Deposit & Payment

    • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all orders.

    • The remaining 50% is payable on delivery or, if the order is sent by courier, before dispatch.

  3. Courier Orders

    • For courier deliveries, photos of the finished product will be sent.

    • Once the balance payment is received, the order will be shipped.

    • Courier costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

  4. Delivery & Collection

    • Collection can be arranged by appointment.

    • Delivery dates are approximate and may vary depending on materials and workload.

  5. Returns & Cancellations

    • As all products are custom made, returns and cancellations are not accepted once work has begun.

    • In case of a defect or error on our side, we will work with you to correct or replace the item.
